Las Vegas Luxury Beds

I bought a natural mattress here very expensive and didnt last 3 months my back pain cameback quickly.Even rotating it as advised didnt help.When i contacted the store they told me i was over the grace period and they couldnt help.

There is nothing Luxury about this store. I had the worst experience ever with Vispring mattresses. No refunds for the high priced mattresses, Stay away EDIT: UPDATE 1- For clarification purposes this review was written before you refunded ONE of the mattresses, i paid for TWO (My initial request was DENIED) 2- I was loaned a mattress for 2 months because it took more than that to received my mattresses. I didnt complain about the comfort of the Medium loaner because it was FREE and genuinely i appreciated the gesture very much even if i didnt liked the mattress. 3- The mattresses FINALLY arrived and they were great the FIRST week so i texted the store saying i loved it. After that it started to cause horrible back pain. How could i love it and then hate it so quick? Because these mattresses sags really quick and cause pain. Simple 4- A mattress for $3250 is Economical to you? To me it should be a least a very decent mattress to LAST for that price. I saw that you have $20000 mattresses lmao. I now have a $600 Firm Mattress with Springs and a topper, BEST SLEEP EVER for $800. You shouldve gave me all my money back since the beginning and none of this drama would happen. I still got the medium if you want to refund and pick up that one too, you can reduce the shipping cost if you want so were flat.

I just want to thank Kristina for the excellent service! Kristina at the Las Vegas store went above and beyond make sure I will start sleeping comfortable. I have bought many expensive beds in the past but nothing can compare to a Vispring Masterpiece. I will buy more for other homes.

Handcrafted, pretty comfortable & supportive. Very happy. We bought this mattress after all the research we did and for the high quality craftsmanship, all natural materials Vispring offers, and the feel of it in store was very comfortable. The Expertise, knowledgeable Sleep Expert Kristina was an amazing, great & pleasant experience. My husband and I have back issues and we chose the Firm tension. She recommended the best firmness for us and we cannot be happier with our bed. We ordered their Signatory Superb. What a big different, quality, details, ventilating. We are sleeping so well. We added their topper to give the cloud feeling. The divan also helps and complements it. We absolutely love it. I highly recommend the Vispring brand and the amazing customer service of Kristina at Las Vegas Luxury Beds at Tvoli Village.
