Friendly staff, a clean and safe training environment, but doesn't skimp on the tough workout. If that is what you're looking for, Nomad is the place to be.

This place Has always maintained the highest standard for fun, education, and fitness all in one!!! You learn so much and how to protect yourself and the staff and the owner are just like family, Care about your well-being. Our daughter Takes class here Monday -Thursday shes 11 and the confidence level that she has now is crazy and I feel more confident that she can protect herself

I started training here when I was 12. I was a little punk back then but the discipline that I learned from Shane and the instructor team made me less of a punk lol. Training here for this amount of a time made me fall in love with wanting to help raise awareness for self defense. This system is one of the best that I have come across and will always continue to evolve. The fact that I can train with different people that have unique styles is amazing to me; whether or not they have experience doing a martial art or defense system. Nomad opened my eyes to new opportunities and I will be forever grateful for it. Try a class out; you wont regret it!
