If you read most of the negative reviews, the complaints actually have nothing to do with this actual store. Reminds me a little of when people freak out on the cashier when something rings up wrong. Take these complaints with a grain of salt. Ive only had great experiences from the employees here and love that there arent usually any lines.

Unfortunately there is a lack of interest and service at this location. I wonder if the owner is aware of how much of a deterrent the man who works there is. He acts like he cant wait for you to leave. Sad

I have had the best experience with the owner as well as his mother who also helps run the business. They have always been very kind to me, and ask how I am doing. I don't have any issues. I have a P.O. Box here as well, and to me the price is well worth it. You can pay for 6 months all at once, or to have a p.o. box for a year; but either way, they are both very helpful and friendly and make me feel welcome. When my packages are delivered I never had a issue, and I have also used them to have mail sent out. I can honestly say I have not had a issue with that here as well!! I have now been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years now. No complaints.
