Horrible service. Wont let you up to the outdoor bar unless youre in pants instead of shorts even during July when its over 100 degrees everyday. What a ridiculous rule.

We were guests of The Palms and went up for a night out. From ID check to, send off on elevator and making our way to the bar, each person was professional and kind. As I people watched, I noticed lots of security and it was nice. Most were just observing people, some were dancing (odd), and one in particular caught my eye. He represented the security image, stayed very professional, didn't dance, assisted people on where to go and helped with questions. He seemed to be who was approached most. I would say that's because of how he carried himself. He represented the character of what security was there for. People like me saw him as "he knows what he's doing". I got an opportunity to tell him I thought he was very professional and I appreciated that. His name is Jay Diaz. To end on the positive review. I'm glad we went to ghost bar. My drink was great. The complimentary French 75 as delicious. It's beautiful and great staff. Very well done.
