Went to the speakeasy inside this establishment. Very cool intimate space. Definitely leans into the speakeasy aspect with the fun little gimmicks to get into the bar. Nice selection of drinks and the ones we had were really tasty. Service was alright. The staff were all very friendly, it was just a little slow and we had to remind the staff we were waiting on some items like straws for the drinks :S However that's a very forgiving issue, so check it out if youre staying at Horseshoe

This review is for the Lock Speakeasy only. It was fun to try one time. The drinks were good, $20-$22 dollars... high, but it's the strip so you expect it. What I didn't expect is $3 charge per ice cube. When your already overspending for drinks and then they charge for ice... I can go else where and have better cocktails for cheaper. As a local, I recommend Sparrow and Wolf and Velveteen Rabbit for great craft cocktails at half the price.

External bar was a little to lighted. Make it more intimate. Very interesting vibe. Speak easy was very good. Must get a reservation then play a quick escape room to get in.

This is for a review of The Cabinet of Curiosities only (not Lock, the speakeasy inside.) I honestly felt I was inside a mall bar. It had unappealing florescent light leaking in and the service was really awkward. I should have kept moving but I sat down and before I knew it I was committed. It was kind of like drinking in a small World Market store... Scanned the QR code menu and of course they were out of what I ordered. Isn't that one of the best features of a QR code menu, that it can be fully up to date easily? Anyway, that was the least of my problems here. If you have reservations at Lock you will probably have a completely different experience. I tried to snag one quickly after sitting down at Cabinet of Curiosities but they were booked. One and done.
