Fast, very responsive, and courteous service at reasonable cost. We needed two commercial locksets replaced on different key ways and six keys. Everything was done on-site from his service vehicle including key production in a little under 1 hour. Would 100% recommend and use in the future.

Hi, My name is Steve Cohen, I own HS&C Logistics where we transport vehicles from coast to coast on our 9-12 car carriers. I only say this because in my 28 years in business we've never lost a customers key/fob. When we went on a family vacation I realized I had taken my car keys with us and not just our house keys. After a month of travelling and getting back home I couldn't find my truck keys (2022 Chevy Suburban Z71) for over a week. I then decided to call the dealer to check how much it would be to make 2 new fob keys for my truck. The dealer had quoted me an astronomical price and also a 3-6 week timeframe. I couldn't wait that long so I started calling local locksmiths to check on prices and availability. Some said its too new of a vehicle, others said they haven't done a 2022 yet, and only recommend the dealer for it. I called some the dealers I work with to transport their vehicles and two of them recommended Fixed Rate Locksmith, I then reached out to them and explained my situation. The guy on the phone reassured me that he would do everything in his power to make sure they would get me taken care of, He asked to place me on hold to check if they have that fob in stock, When he came back on the line he said within 1-3 hours we will pick up the OEM Fobs from our supplier and head over to your house. When the tech showed up I was relieved and I had asked him a thousand questions, he was very nice, patient and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. 45 minutes later he had my car on and 2 new keys programmed to it, the price was 57% less then the dealer and they came to me VS me having to tow my truck to dealer. Thankfully, I found this amazing locksmith company, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. Or truly went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible service.
