        I escorted a group to see Usher in April 2023. The transportation I arranged to take us to the concert cancelled on methey overbooked. I called Lion Transportation the day before Id need them and confirmed the day of. I was completely blown away by the amazing party bus that met us, our drivers professionalism and so much more.         We payed for booking online back in may 2023 and was advised that wed received a full refund. We called and emailed multiple times but nothing has been done. I tried to go to their office but theres no store/office. I hope theyll finally give refund after this bad review.
