        EXCELLANT SERVICE. Never shopped at this store and was surprized by the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. Even paying for my products was a great experience! Highly recommend this store on Charleston Blvd.

        I have made several purchases from this company in the past with no issues. I purchased an open box ceiling fan which I paid to have installed and the fan was broken. I made the arrangements to mail back to Lamps plus and they received the fan August 4, 2021 and still have not issued my refund. I had to pay a professional to install and uninstall this broken product and the company refuses to process my refund. I only bought the open box because Lamps Plus stated they inspect all products prior to selling them. This is a flat out lie. Now I need to fight the purchase through my bank just to get my funds returned. I will NEVER buy from this store again.
