I recently went for a consultation about 3 weeks ago & within that same week, went for testing to confirm If Id be a candidate. Thankfully I was! So exciting then within 5 days I got my surgery done. The process was extremely efficient & smooth. The staff was wonderful & made me feel comfortable. The doctors as well! They all make sure your questions are answered & thoroughly go over the process of things. What held me back for the longest was the financial part of it however to my surprise it was affordable. I went during a time where they had an earth day promotion and that helped even more so. Im happy to have 20/20 vision now and its thanks to them (: I highly recommend!

Lasik was a great experience. Unfortunately I was bullied in to PRK which is a different type of surgery. It's been over a month, and my vision is almost back to where it was before the surgery. The only way to get a hold of the staff is to call their national number and explain to them what you need to talk to staff about. No direct numbers. I've been on hold several times, to be put on hold again when being transferred. I was 5 minutes early for my surgery, and waited over an hour and a half sitting with nervous and anxious patients. I tried to comfort them, but it's still unnerving to sit for over an hour and a half waiting for a 10 minute surgery. My vision hasn't improved over a month, and glass don't correct my vision. Not happy at all, and wouldn't recommend.

If you're nervous about getting Lasik like I was, let me tell you, don't be! It was a quick and painless process, and the results are SO worth it. I now have 20/15 (better than 20/20) vision and couldn't be happier! I had my procedure done here and I highly recommend them if you are interested in Lasik. The entire staff was wonderful - from the office staff to the doctors. Doctor O'Brien, who I met with for the pre and post procedure appointments, was fantastic. She was patient and answered all of my questions, which helped to calm my nerves. Doctor Nelson performed the surgery, and he was great. He talked me through what he was doing every step of the way and made sure I was relaxed throughout the whole process, which went by so quickly - less than 15 minutes! I felt completely at ease during the surgery and was surprised at how painless it was. My eyes were feeling almost back to normal by the next day! The office staff, Cami, Zayra, and Arodis, were amazing and so welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed before and after the procedure, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at LVI. The staff were all friendly and professional, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business to anyone considering Lasik Eye Surgery.

I have wanted LASIK for years, and I finally decided to take the leap and get it done. Every person in the facility was extremely kind, patient, and encouraging. Erin was amazing during my visit there and even afterward. I have no regrets and would recommend anyone in need of LASIK to go here.
