I purchased a over $400 package for laser treatment and i could no longer go as I moved from Vegas. I asked for a refund to which i was told that their policy doesn't give refunds.., and that I will have the credit that never expires.., 5 years later i asked for it..only to be told that they are not giving me the credit , because i went with the bank and disputed the transaction.., the bank went in their favor because they had it very small written in the contract no refunds allowed. So be aware where you put your money into..and the laser machine is not the best. I've done treatments else where with a better result and not so painful. Service: Laser hair removal

These people are TOTAL SCAMMERS! I am paying for my wife to get laser hair removal and they tried to tell her during her consultation that it will cost $4550 for her upper lip, butt, and bikini area ONLY! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! Small areas cost anywhere from $75-200, big areas cost $300-400 per session. Dont get scammed, do your homework!

I have been going here for over a year and never had any issues up until now. I got an underarm laser hair removal service done. I paid and immediately checked with my bank to make sure it was the correct amount I paid (since I opt out of getting receipts), which it was. I then happen to check my account a day later to find I was charged double the amount. I called and left a message with no response. I then decide to physically go up to the store on a Saturday at almost 11am for the doors to be locked which I later find out it is due to maintenance even though no signage was posted on the door explaining that. I decided to just dispute the fraudulent charge with my bank and they informed me that I was charged a second time later on separately. I then try to contact the owner and sent a text message explaining what was going on. I get a call back and explain the issue and get told It looks like you manually made a $40 tip and in my head im like, now why would I spend a $40 tip on a $40 service? Although I was refunded my $40 back, I did not appreciate being accused of doing this myself. There was no type of compensation even attempted with me before I mentioned I am never going back. I will never spend my money here again after one of these employees fraudulently took money out of my account. I still have yet to figure out who the specific person was that did this.
