Above & Beyond!! Elizabeth was great. She was very helpful and informative. She took extra time answering my questions and was very patient and kind. I wanted my delivery in a specific place and that required me to sign a waiver which I was fine with. The driver could have just dumped it on the street and left. He got that huge truck into our RV parking area with ease! Actually, quite impressive. You can tell the drivers are well trained. He got the dirt/rocks as close as possible which makes yard work that much easier. Unfortunately, I forgive the first driver's name. The second driver was Felipe and was also great. The materials were great. Delivered on time. Pricing was the best around (and trust me I researched). All that, to add great customer service made a Great experience. I highly recommend Boulder Placement. I hope everyone has the same service we did .

Is there a way to add -0 stars? Debra is the phone clerk; BE AWARE: COUTH is beyond this lady! Please do not support this business. The fact that they allow employees with less than sub par etiquette is beyond comprehension. Cheap labor, I guess. . . { You get what you pay for! }
