Extremely frustrated with lack of customer care. Its been 3 months since my husband and I had an install by Tough Turtle & issues still have not been resolved. Many appointments have been made yet no one shows up. Do NOT use!! Even upon install, they up charged multiple things that were pointed out when an estimate was given. Super disappointed!

We used Tough Turtle for a back yard renovation. The turf & pavers are amazing and the design is perfect. Joey was our design / sales specialist and he was very nice and helped me every step of the way. The crew was efficient, polite, and professional. The install was quick and painless. We could not be happier. I highly recommend Joey and the company!
