We have been trying to cancel our order for over three weeks. No response. No corporate phone number.

I wanted to use this company for my kitchen cabinet refacing, because as a Costco member, I'd get a Costco credit for 10% back on my purchase. I filled out the online interest form. The company called me within a day or two, and left voice mail. I called back within minutes, and was told that the person who had called me was busy w/ another customer and would call me back. She didn't. I called a second time a few days later, and was able to schedule the free in-home consultation for April 5 at 4p. On April 4, they texted asking if it could be moved to 5p that day, to which I agreed. On April 5, I got a text stating that the designer had a family emergency, and had to cancel my appt. The text asked if I wanted to r/s, and I wrote back that I would get in touch if I decided to r/s. The response to that was "Ok, have a nice day" or something similar. The next day, I got another text from someone there who "wanted to try to r/s" my appt. I decided to give then one more chance and we scheduled the appt. for Thurs., April 11 at 1p. Shortly after that, I got a confirmation text for an appt. on Friday, April 12. I texted back seeking clarification for the appt. day and time, since the text to confirm the appt. did not match the actual day and time agreed upon, which was the 11th. No explanation was provided, so I asked my question again, and received a text stating that "upon checking, Thursday is filled" -- so without even checking to see if I was free on Friday, April 12, they just bumped me a day, assuming I would even notice that I'd been pushed back a day. That was the last straw. Costco should find a different vendor. This company does not reflect well on them. People who used them seem to be very pleased, but I didn't get that far, and I never will.

Joe Park is our designer. He spent a great deal of time with us designing our new master shower. Hes very professional. He listens to our needs and designs accordingly. Were very excitedcant wait to see our new shower.

Great experience with this company for my bathroom renovation. Joe came out and went over all options very thoroughly and was very professional. Made a lot of great recommendations based off his experience and to match existing bathroom color scheme. Joe processed our renovation documents the same day and took care of everything. Highly satisfied and recommend this company to anyone looking to do a bathroom renovation.

We were very happy with the cabinet refacing project that was done by Reborn cabinets. Everyone we dealt with from our salesperson Jason, to the installers were professional and efficient. Kudos to installers Nick, Jared, Martin and Kevin for the wonderful job!
