Michael was very professional and thorough. He explained his steps as he proceeded through the appraisal process. He patiently answered any questions I had. He also graded my engagement diamond (color and clarity) exactly like the GIA report. Therefore, I can conclude he is extremely accurate! I highly recommend him.

The level of professionalism is world class. The equipment they have is top line. Service is impeccable. He gives you all the time you need and explains perfectly. I traveled from Mexico City and it was the best decision I could have made. Michael is very kind and knowledgeable.
