These people definately know what they are doing. From treating you as of you are royalty to bathrooms filled with everything you would have at home. My daughters were given freshly baked cookies. They had baskets filled with every snack you could imagine. They made my daughters feel relaxed and comfortable being in front of a camera.

I am honestly surprised Levy Online doesn't have any Yelp reviews because their customer service and dedication to your business is phenomenal!I do marketing for a very busy Las Vegas venue that DOES require Google Ad Word and retargetting campaigns. The company I represent would rather outsource this need - as it is easier to delegate the responsibility to a group dedicated to your success.When I first took over the position of Marketing Manager, I DID question Levy AND our budget (which is thousands a month). I was in the process of reviewing all of our marketing affiliates - as a fresh pair of eyes.I requested a meeting with Levy and the company president.My company president sat on the group call as I grilled the Levy representatives. I'm a Vulcan - straight to the point with NO emotion. I expect a logical answer and not sales "magic numbers" fluff in response to my queries.This team picked up my "character" quickly and gave me the answers to my questions with no stammering in addition to the courtesy I expect - as this IS something I offer my customers / working team too.I am a web designer / graphic designer / marketing goddess - I am extremely particular about branding.I appreciate that Levy is on top of getting approval for "next months" campaigns without me needing to send them emails for creative requests etc. I have too much to do have to remind people to do their job.When Levy submits their creatives for approval, their team is VERY responsive about any corrections addressed and... they take direction well.#truthI will send back their creative with photoshopped red circles & instructions. Levy has a quick turn around giving me exactly what my requests were.Honestly, this company makes my day so much easier!I have facepalmed myself SO many times when working with other people/companies.I have often asked myself if I need to supply a pop-up coloring book in order for them (other companies) to understand the well laid out instructions I offer. Numbered bullet points on a word doc to match red circles on your creative with numbers text next to it isn't easy enough? Hello, match the numbers!Sometimes I'll put the text on the creative if there isn't too much to correct, other companies STILL get it wrong. THEN I'm charged for multiple corrections - when, honestly, I could do it myself. It takes me more time to get the correction done, than if I had made the creative myself - with other companies/people.This is why I'm thankful Levy is easy to work and communicate with. The "follows direction well" is a BIG plus for me. In business, I absolutely loath repeating myself and finding new ways to communicate something basic / simple so the person on the other end can understand my requests.
