I used this company for the last 10 years and now that I want to switch companies they don't want to give back my web page.. Even though I talked with the owner - Evelyn and giving her a 30 day notice.. I told her I would like an e-mail in regards to me paying the final $ 300.00 and I would like my user name and password... She agreed over 60 days ago.. Now I cannot get anyone to return my calls or address my situation. This is why I am turning to yelp. Now I cannot get my webpage back... I just want them to call me and then I will give them 3 stars.. I don't think they deserve 5 starts because what they are doing to me is playing little kid games about losing a customer. Devin

This business is owned by Evelyn Brunswitt and operated with Erik Olsen. Both of these individuals are extremely difficult to trust. Our business Lake Las Vegas Water Sports has lost out on thousands of dollars in sales because these two people have decided to misrepresent our business at Lake Las Vegas with wrong phone numbers, hours, contact information, and website addresses. This company has a record of creating a website for a company and once the contract ends they will hold the website for themselves and never return it to the business that they created it for. The reviews do not lie that others have left, our company has attempted to find a resolution with this business. This company was hired as a third party to market The Village at Lake Las Vegas. Our business was one of the many that has been negatively affected by these immature, unethical, childlike business practices that local Internet ads participates in. Whether you have been with this company for one day or 10 years they will take advantage of you, please look at prior reviews and you will notice that they are very spiteful if you stop their contract. Save yourself a lot of headache and work with another company.

Evelyn Brunswitt and Erik Olsen have cost my business tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue by misrepresenting my business among many others. They have built a website for the Village at Lake Las Vegas and once the contract ended they have refused to take the website down and now that website has inaccurate information where customers can not receive the accurate information regarding my business offerings. They have both been extremely difficult to deal with, and have very poor business practices. They will build a website for you and then once you end the contract they will keep the website and never give it to you. I have expressed the amount of damage and lost revenue they have caused and they could care less and continue to play dumb like its no big deal. I have made it very clear what they need to do to help solve this problem, and all they say is “tell us what needs to be updated”. How anybody uses this business after some of these reviews is beyond me, I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. They could care less about your business when you cut ties with them, and they will do anything in their power to make your life more difficult. STAY AWAY!!!!
