INSUREWISE LLC

I originally reached out to Insurewise after reading the positive reviews online. They set me up with SafeCo for car insurance that was a total of $2,600 for 6 months. I had to give them my payment info, but was told I would have time to review the documents before signing. I then quickly got a quote from Progressive directly and saw it was $1850 for 6 month - exact same coverage. I decided to move forward with Progressive and informed Valerie at Insurewise. I never signed any paperwork for SafeCo and was told my initial payment would be refunded. It has now been a month and still no refund. I am following up every other day and have been told "it will be there soon." When I try to call SafeCo directly - I am redirected to InsureWise as they are the "agent". So there is no way to contact SafeCo, no way to escalate this to someone higher up, and every outlet of support that I try (phone and email) - just has me redirected to Valerie at InsureWise. I feel like I am going insane over here! In the end it feels like Insurewise owns SafeCo or is partnered somehow. Then they try to persuade you to sign up for their overpriced policies - as SafeCo is the provider they will pitch you first when you call. Just seems like a major scam. If you are happy paying whatever you are quoted and never need to cancel or reach support - this is probably a great outlet for you. But I would never give them my payment info again personally.

The process was SUPER easy! Vallory helped me get good coverage on my car and also get great renters insurance at a great price! Before, I was paying almost $120 for car insurance alone! Now I'm paying less than $80 for auto AND renters insurance!
