I went to Mindy for help lessening my alcohol consumption. I identified as a "gray area" drinker--particularly as I was drinking at home by myself every single day. Over the years, my daily drink count kept climbing up and up, especially following the pandemic and the death of my mother. I did not identify with any descriptions of alcoholism and my life was still in order, but I just did not feel good about myself and I couldn't seem to stop drinking at home on my own.
I went to Mindy because I had read about the success of hypnotherapy.
My goal was to reduce my alcohol consumption overall and to stop drinking at home. After the first session, I almost completely stopped drinking at home. I went in once more for a reinforcement treatment which eliminated my urges to drink at home even further.
Best money I ever spent, especially when you consider how much I am saving by not drinking. In 3 weeks I lost 8 lbs after knocking out the extra alcohol calories and turning my negative drinking habit into the positive habit of exercise. To wind down in the evening, I am now drinking tea instead of alcohol.
Mindy is friendly, positive, and kind and makes you feel very comfortable. If you have reservations about hypnotherapy or have pre-conceived ideas about it from television and movies, let them go and go see Mindy.

Ive been a Registered Nurse for 39 years and I have often thought about doing hypnosis. About a year ago, I just happened to be channel surfing , and saw Mindy on one of the news channels, and decided that , yes, I want to do that! BUT , life gets in the way and it took a year to finally make the appointment.
One of the Best Things Ive ever done! So, I went in because I really have a sweet tooth and it was getting ridiculous. Constantly self sabotaging myself. Our first session, sugar is what we focused on. And our only session we had to focus on sugar because I have been sweets free for over 1 1/2 months!!! Crazy! No desire for it. When I see sweets, I think, thats nice but then I can walk away with no thought to it. Its wonderful! No self sabotage. Im so proud of myself and its weird because I dont even want to disappoint myself! I even went on a 7 day Mexican cruise and absolutely had no desire. My friends couldnt believe it. I highly recommend Mindy! Its great!
