I barely dodged a bullet - I almost scheduled a $450 deep clean. I should have checked the Yelp reviews too. The person I spoke with had poor communication and record-keeping and seemed very confused overall. Their disorganization made me feel uncomfortable and I canceled my deep cleaning appointment altogether. When I called to schedule a deep cleaning, the person who answered the phone didn't properly note down my information or requirements for the cleaning. The next day, when I received a call from the same caller, I answered the call like any normal person would. At this point, you would think they would proceed with confirming the deep cleaning appointment. Instead, they commented on my voice sounding different, asked me to repeat my name several times after I already confirmed my name and address, and they sounded incredibly confused and disorganized. I've never encountered this before, and it honestly made me feel uncomfortable. I decided to cancel the deep cleaning appointment. I hope the business can improve their communication and record-keeping protocols in the future.
