Best Western Plus Las Vegas West

If I could give this place a zero stars I would give this place a zero stars now when we first came to the hotel. Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Front desk was friendly people they welcome us with open arms room was in good condition before we left, I bought trash bags to take out all my trash that I had I even asked the front desk lady where was the dumpster lady with glasses and black hair and my dog was taken outside every 3 to 4 hours. Service was great until about a week later they overcharged my credit card $100. I called and I talked to the front desk over there. Mind you the housekeeper lied saying that I had diapers all over the room , my dog urine all over the carpet which now management and housekeepers lied about we left the room clean the way we came in the room I should of took pictures before we left cleaned my wife and I cleaned the room before we left this is a rip off they stole $100 from me for no reason at all over lies do not stay here if you do take pictures before you leave this place or else they will try to lie and charge you for more money never again will we stay here

Hotel wasnt really the best. First, we went to a room that was really spacious. However it was dirty, dusty, stinky, and the windowsill had clippings from a previous guest. Front desk gave us another room. The second room was better, but it still was slightly dirty and dusty. However, the beds were clean and comfy.

Clean hotel with a decent breakfast. Nothing fancy but good. The a/c rattled which was a little disruptive to sleeping. Could hear a steady stream of planes starting around 5:30 am and the trash truck at 6. Some road noise but not terrible. Comfortable bed. The fridge froze our fresh fruit and vegetables.
