As a listener of their podcast, I was excited to check the plaza out. I had a delayed flight so ubered from Paris to go check it out for a few hours. I was really dissatisfied to be told I couldnt check my bags with the bell desk for a few hours if I wasnt a guest. I asked what my options were and he told me I could just keep my bags with me while gambling. I went across the street and check my bags with now issue. Very disappointing as I like downtown but had never been to plaza. I had circled it as a place to go, schedule permitting. I may give them another shot, but if they are this obtuse to customer service, not sure its a good idea.

I recently stayed at the Plaza Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, and here's my take on the experience. The casino noise was present but kept at a reasonable level, allowing for an enjoyable atmosphere without being overwhelming. I noticed ongoing renovations on the 21st floor, which piqued my curiosity for future visits. It's promising to see the hotel investing in updates and enhancements. Overall, I would recommend the Plaza Hotel and Casino for a quick stopover. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. During checkout, I visited Hash House A Go Go, which was bustling with patrons. Despite the crowd, the portions were generous and justified the price. I particularly enjoyed the Blueberry Lemon Glazed French toast, which was absolutely delicious and a highlight of my morning. In summary, the Plaza Hotel and Casino offers a vibrant atmosphere, comfortable accommodations, and tasty dining options, making it a solid choice for visitors seeking a memorable stay in Las Vegas.
