Very disappointing. The Venetian will not return our deposit because we were forced to book our room through This third party vendor (Las Vegas Sports & Hotels. This was for a huge college showcase soccer tournament, very important to my daughter. We had to cancel because my daughter fell ill with pneumonia. How do you not make medical exceptions when it's a soccer tournament???
Las Vegas Sports & Hotels said to talk to the Venetian. The Venetian said to talk to Las Vegas Sports Hotels.
Very convenient relationship...
