Staff is great room was a little dirty in bathroom plus bed needs more pillows otherwise no complaints.

I called before making a reservation was told the food "restaurant" area was open just to find out is been close for some time. I asked about parking but it was never disclosed there was a fee per night. Also found out the hard way you need to schedule room service. Overall I spent more with way less amenities/perks than if I would had picked a better hotel on the strip . And I couldn't agree more with the rooms been dirty.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: The WiFi is still off. While I do appreciate the notes youve taken, I have had to spend extra money to upgrade my phone plan for more data and may have to go to a Starbucks to work later this evening because your staff cant figure out why the wifi has been down for over 24hrs at this point. Taking notes isnt doing anything for whats coming out of my pocket and the time Ill have to spend in a coffee shop when my room is supposed to supply wifi. A little compensation is in order for this MAJOR inconvenience! For this hotel to be in such a nice area of Nevada, its actually horrible service here. I have not completed my stay, and Im ready to go. The staff here acts as if they are not at work. I was first given a room on the first floor, which was in need of lots of TLC. There was also a dog barking constantly. The good thing is, I asked to move and I was moved. But half way thru my 2nd day here, the wifi went out and hasnt come back on since. The rooms are a bit dirty and the hallways leading from the lobby have spilled juice on them for days. They dont have regular maintenance people, and the breakfast area has not been open in a while, it looks like. I also had to get sheets and pillows from the front desk for the sofa bed - why wouldnt they be in the room? I would not stay here again, it was last minute and affordable, so I guess I got what I paid for. Giving 2 stars because I was at least moved to a better room that seemed much cleaner than the other one I was in.
