Front desk screwed up. Booked the room using Hilton Honors Points. They billed on my credit card. Took 2 hours on the phone with Hilton to straighten out the mess. Front desk said- sorry, nothing we can do. You are paying the rate on your card. Wont ever stay there again. Safety: Hotel itself seemed safe with security on site. We felt a need to drive everywhere because even a short walk went into some very unsavory neighborhoods.

Was clean. But the service for the rooms was not what I expected. Had to call for towels. Val at the bar was amazing! Walkability: Was able to walk to the convention center. Food a drinks were great. Free breakfast. Val was great at the bar.

The room was spacious and clean. It has a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The fridge itself smelled of food, not sure what soemone else had in it, but right when you open it it had a sour smell. Just needs a replacement. The bed was comfy and shower big. There is a view of the sphere from my room and also of the pool, WHICH gets quite noisy at night. I heard kids yelling until about 11pm, which is fine, but mentioning because if you want to sleep earlier, ask for a room that doesn't overlook the pool! I also heard soemone stomping around all night and all morning so the floors/ceiling are really thin but i didnt hear my neighbors snoring so the walls are better for sound. The breakfast everyday was great with a good selection and the bartender in the evenings was super nice. From 3 to 10 they have room service and the menu is comparable or even less expensive then the rest of Vegas. One block from the loop and for 5 dollars you can go to Resort town, or anywhere in the convention center for free, it's underground Tesla tunnels and pretty cool way to travel. Uber ride to city is anywhere from 11 to 18 bucks. The area here has an empty lot next door and just like any place, you always have to be careful. Police station is across street. This was a nice hotel and I would stay again for the convention center access, the free breakfast and the folks who work here who were all very helpful and professional. Rooms: Room was comfortable but could hear the kids at pool, even 5 floors up, and the ceiling needed more soundproofing Nearby activities: The loop and convention center Safety: Always be cautious no matter where you are, but police station across the street Walkability: 1 block to the underground loop and 6 blocks to monorail Food & drinks: The food here is good and the bartender fantastic
