      image Lowe's has really improved over the years as it continues it's campaign to chip away at Home Depots' base. The prices are very competitive, the online inventory complete but the in-store experience is still lacking. There are not many knowledgeable employees to assist customers and many do not even know what's in the store's inventory nor where to find it. Overall the online experience and sales rate 5 stars, the in-store experience is about a 2 - so it averages out to a 3.5 (rounded up to four) stars.
