This company is so frustrating to communicate with, its as if everyone is on a completely different page and they are always short staffed and constantly losing employees (not surprising). They have robbed us of hours paid by Medicaid to care for my mom by not sending anyone to care for her. They will try to find replacements last minute even when my moms home attendant has given them weeks notice of time off. They have had to write us a check to refund hours that they charged as private even though my mom has Medicaid to pay for her hours. Messy and irresponsible. Difficult to trust with something as valuable as my mothers life.

Although there is a BIG shortage of caregivers nationwide, they always try their best to find a PCA for my grandmother, not sure why PCAs arent willing to work but Medicaid has to bump these rate of pays ASAP. Maybe thatll help the shortage of PCA workers, aside from that the company is amazing, communication, great team and staff, and always help us wether its having issues with the app, issues with medical equipment, visiting our homes to check up on our health. I Can say I trust them with the care and life with my grandmother.
