Very, very cool place to visit! Theres so much to see here. Tons of exhibits, displays, and documentation about the history of the mob. Staff is friendly, and knowledgeable about mostly everything. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting, including families. 3 story building, and each floor has different exhibits to explore. The 2 reasons for rating for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the parking was a little confusing (Could have just been the time of day we visited), and also the crowding inside (Also could just be the time of day we went). We hoped on a weekday it would be a little less busy, but we ended up having to spend a ton of time waiting for people to move from each item / exhibit. Everything else about the visit was awesome!

I've been here once before and happily went back with a visiting friend. I suggest at least 1.5 hours to full enjoy it. It's very well layed out over 4 floors. Each floor represents a different mob era. They have excellent exhibits, interesting short movies, and some truly historic pieces like the wall from the Valentine's Day massacre and many more. I also highly recommend the Speakeasy in the basement, but arrive at least an hour before closing. Last call is about 30 minutes before closing and busy. Having been twice, I'd happily go back again because there is no much to see. Fully wheelchair accessible with convenient elevators. There is a small place, I think on the 2nd floor, for very limited refreshments such as pop, beer, cookies (including vegan cookies), and chips for sale. I highly recommend buying advance tickets online so there is less of a wait.
