We lost Justin as our technician as he has moved up in the company, nice work man! Filling his shoes would be a big task but Josue Arciga did exactly that! He was very friendly, professional, took the time to read all the notes from prior visits, and did a thorough job. He deserves a raise!

We hired Sierra Air Conditioning to install a new Lennox A/C unit 4 years ago. Since installation, we have taken advantage of their bi annual preventative maintenance program and been satisfied with the results. Late in September this year, our A/C system stopped blowing cold air. I called Sierra for service. They responded promptly, sending Service Technician, Tunde Moore within two hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The Compressor (still under factory warranty) had failed and needed to be replaced. This critical part is in short supply and it took 10 days to get the part. Immediately upon receipt of the part, Sierra scheduled Tunde Moore and an assistant to make the repair. Tunde and his assistant worked tirelessly, late into the night to get our A/C unit up and running. We very much appreciate their professionalism and dedication in completing our system repair. We continue to have extremely positive experiences with Sierra AC and Heating. Our AC went out over the weekend and when I called Sierra on Monday morning they immediately scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Fabian Pantoja was the tech that came. He quickly assessed the problem and gave us several options for repair. Fabian did not leave until he resolved our situation. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Lastly, Fabian was honest about what we could expect in the future. My husband and I only trust Sierra AC to handle our AC needs.

Sierra installed the AC system when we built the house 8 years ago. Since then I have had them come out twice a year to ward off any problems. Unfortunately, because this is Las Vegas, that hasn't always been possible. I don't speak AC language, so I have to trust the guys to inform me of any issues that arise. Today I noticed that some of my rooms were cooler than others, even though the thermostats were set to the same temperature. After a very thorough inspection, Justin and Vinny explained what was going on. I felt terrible for how long it took, and how hot it was, but am very grateful for how hard they worked and how honest they were. Every time there's been a problem Sierra has sent someone quickly and done everything they could to keep the repairs as reasonably priced as possible.
