Excellent customer service. They explain every step of the process & it's completed quickly. They give great medical advice to take control of your health. I've only gone to them for a new and renewed cards.

Contacted this office to renew my medical card. Tyler was super helpful and friendly. When I got to speak with the doctor, Dr. Jones, she was thorough and extremely caring. They even sent me a sample of CBD because my medical issues are so severe. I wish I would have found them earlier. Highly recommend!!Shoutout to Euphoria Wellness for referring them.

Was a pt since 2016 found the new way confusing and asked a question in an email.  It wasn't in all caps. Got a phone call telling me they didn't appreciate getting yelled at in an email?  Wtf?.  I used to refer people here but no more.  Went to another place and was all set in 5 minutes.  Way to lose a customer

Excellent customer service! They were very attentive and educational. I am so grateful for they're steadfast handling of my medical card. I recommend them to anyone looking to get a hassle free and informational medical marijuana evaluation.
