I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED & ENTIRELY UPSET, BC I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE TEETH WHITENING at the end of my appointment, or the FREE WHITENING KIT FOR $49.99/value, WHICH WAS PROMISED, PROMISED IF I MADE THE APPOINTMENT within the Few days to make the promotion deadline, WHICH I DID. I told the woman who helped me. She said, "yeah that's what we say to get people in here!" I said, "that's FALSE ADVERTISING MA'AM!" She goes yeah well, it is what it is!" Nonchalant about it. I am very upset bc that's the whole reason I made the appointment until I can get the money from tax returns to lay or my to pay for my retainer. The Customer Service was just fine. Friendly/Professional greeting & assistance. I would like to receive what was promised, + a Free retainer just for the inconveniences due to FALSE ADVERTISING!

Whenever I enter their establishment, the atmosphere always radiates a pleasant and lively vibe that lifts your spirits. I have consistently received top-notch care without any grievances, but my interaction with Samatra has undoubtedly provided the ultimate and most effective experience.
