        I'm never disappointed when I go here. I tend to go to a different stylist each time (I like variety) & each time am happy with both the cut I want & the individual attention I get, no matter how bust they are (definitely use the online check in for this location)

        Ok Ive taken my granddaughters there a few times for a trim and the vibe of the stylists is immaculate. They are nice and personable and have ALWAYS done a GREAT job on their hair! Highly recommended!

        Very disappointed!!! I showed Connie at Great Clips West Charleston location a picture of what I wanted, horrible! I wanted an inch off , she took off three or more inches, and the left side is shorter then the right!! Im sorry I gave her a try. My son said I look like the a little boy whos mom cut his hair!

        Patricia was my barber. She fixed my fade and cleaned it up from a bad 20 dollar haircut and a local barber. Even offered to clean up my eyebrows. Fantastic worker. Dont loose her ever! Unless shes getting a promotion. Service: Haircut
