This is a fantastic fitness facility!! Carlos, who runs the fitness center, is the most knowledgeable person in the area of physical fitness by far compared to anyone else Ive ever utilized He has incredible information, and his positivity is infectious. He is reason alone to become a member of this gym! The other 2 people that help out Carlos, Zoe and Austin are also quite knowledgeable and are another huge plus to this facility. The gym is kept impeccably clean on top of this and has top notch machines

As a mother of 5 kids I needed a place to escape to during quarantine and this place has been the perfect place!! It so close to home and easy to access. I love it because it is SO clean! I love that it is never crowded but everyone that is there keeps a respectful distance! I thought Id hate wearing a mask and cleaning down the machines after every use but honestly, its not bad at all. My first day I forgot to put my mask on and I was approached in the first 5 min telling me I needed to put my mask on. Almost every time Ive been there I have seen workers spraying the machines down with cleaning devices. Its such a great place and a nice little escape during quarantine!!! I highly recommend it.

This review is based solely on the owner and facts. I had been a member of this gym for many years with no issues whatsoever... not one. The state of Nevada mandated a mask policy and agree with it or not, it is what it is. From the first day of that mandate, people were working out with masks under their chin, dangling from one ear or nothing at all. Posted all over the gym are masks are mandatory at all times signs. I sent an email to the owner and received a reply that they would be enforcing the mandate... I still have that email. What should really have been said was we will enforce this, only if it's brought to our attention. The gym is fairly small, so staff keeping tabs on everyone should be a simple task you would think? I informed the owner that it isn't our job as paying customers to have to be pointing all this out to them, they know who these people are, just do what you promised. Last straw was female member walked in without a mask, talks directly with staff and then proceeded to go work out maskless. I confronted the staff who replied "I had things on my mind and didn't think about it"... how long has this pandemic been going on? So a day later, I get an email from that staff admitting they were at fault for letting the member work out without her mask... I still have that email as well. I have had other elderly members talk to me about the same issues, but were afraid to voice their concerns to staff. So finally today, I get a call from staff telling myself and my wife our memberships were terminated and that it wasn't working out for them. I asked for the owner Kevin Pei to call me and let me know himself which he should have had the decency to do in the first place. He called and proceded to try and rationalize his decision as "I'm doing this for your safety, because you don't feel safe here." Well, there is an easy fix for that, "Do your job, do what is required of you." I wish the hardest part of my day was keeping track of 10 people working out in a small space. So long story short, we get punished for following the rules, while those who don't continue to put the rest of us at risk. I can't stand dishonesty and double standards... my biggest pet peeves. So know exactly who you will be dealing with if you decide to choose Snap Summerlin.
