This place has been shut down due to an eviction... No notice was given to members nor memberships canceled. We have no one to contact about canceling memberships, I'll have to go through my bank to block the charges. Absolute joke of a franchise, these memberships aren't cheap. I hope everyone who does have a membership cancels before additional charges stack up. The owner has scamed all of us, be warned...

I'm loving this gym! The staff is dedicated to make sure you're in the best shape you can be in. Everyone is positive and inspiring. It's perfect to get a great workout before you start your day. I'm currently only in one class, but will be joining another very soon. Thank you the inspiration to keep going!

Just called to inquire about pricing and about the classes and was disrespected by the trainer on the phone. I simply asked "is there a cancellation fee and how does the renewal work?" And he replies with "immediately this gym is not for you. You're already thinking of the cancellation fee and that means you're not dedicated to losing weight." Who said anything about losing weight? What if I'm simply just looking for a different form of exercise? I was just trying to see the options, as there are many other gyms in Las Vegas. No need to be immediately disrespectful to a potential customer inquiring about services. I've already taken a free class at this location and enjoyed my time. I already spent $100+ on the welcome kit after my first class. Will not be returning to this location or this company.

Scam!! Be aware!! Signed up my kid 2 months ago on the monthly plan, went only one time with him (the time I paid for the month) brought him to his next session and the door was closed, saw a few parents outside frustrated and said we will come next time.. next session I brought my son it was closed again (already pissed) call non stop the place with no answer, even called every day since then and left 3 voice mails. After 2 weeks some young lady reached out saying sorry but the owner was in the hospital, how can she help.. I told her cancel my services asap and give me my money back, she said no worries, someone will call me regarding that. After 2 weeks I get a debt company calling regarding a bill of $255 that I owe (she even said that it doesnt show I paid cash the $100- so its not included as well) I explained that I have canceled the services and waiting for my money back but she said she is a debt collector and cant help. I called the place that same day again for at least 20 times and someone answered, saying that he is sorry that the owner was in the hospital but now he is running the place, told him I want my money back and cancel this scam, he was very rude saying that he cant help, he gave me an email to send to some Brittany lady and she didnt even respond to my email. I have resent at least 3 times and still no answer. 2 days ago got another call from the debt company saying I still owe $255 , told her that no one answering in the store for over a month and a half, she told me she can help and just go there, went there today to finish with this scam and nightmare and look at the photos, they were evicted. Mayweather, this is not the way you choose partners to your franchise.
