Open Gym Fitness

More than adequate gym if you use free weights. Open 24/7. Welcoming atmosphere, not intimidating. For some reason, the location does not show up when you search for gyms in google maps. I found it by accident. I'm glad I did.

This Gym is great the workers are friendly and the price is really good also I highly recommend using this gym. It was a very well-kept, clean gym, with equipment for any fitness level.

Finding this gym was a life changer for me. I always disliked other gyms because they were so crowded, often dirty, and a little bit intimidating. At OGF, it's never super crowded. It's always clean. The vibe is friendly and the people are all about just doing their thing and getting healthier - not showing off or trying to impress. The owners and trainers are genuinely helpful without being overbearing. And it's fairly close to both my home and my work so I actually go consistently now. (And it's 24/7 access.) I can get in, do my workout, and get out in about 40 minutes. I have 7 months at OGF and I feel better physically than I have in more than a decade (and have lost over 20 lbs). This place is exactly what I needed. (They also have a small group training program that I haven't done but the members here rave about.) Highly recommend this gym!

I've been coming here for 4 years now I love this place. You get your own key and you can come whenever you want which is a plus for me the owners and trainers are very nice and very helpful if you have any fitness questions. Alot of the equipment that they have most gyms do not have which is another reason why I love this gym.
