        The most frustrating and unnecessary cancellation process I wanted to cancel after one week because I was told certain things just to get me to sign up. It clearly said on their website that it was $1 to sign up and I was charged $49 on the day of. Then I called management to get a refund because I was clearly charged for no reason, and he told me I had to come in to do it. When I came in the employees told me it was already processed and would take 48-72 hours to receive refund. A week later no refund, I called back and they told me it takes 7-10 days what a circus. I will never tell anybody to go to this gym. LVAC seems to be the way to go. Dont let them fool you into signing up. I feel like they stole my money making me pay the yearly fee and monthly fee after I canceled. soooooo lame!

        Good price, good equipment, but the hours are ridiculously inconvenient for me. I used to show up at 4am to be done by 615 but it guys not anymore.

        Worst eos ever they stopped being 24/7 out of no where . Super small gym goodluck getting a decent workout in . This eos makes me wanna go back to LVAC
