        I never had any issues with this gym I enjoyed it when I lived in Las Vegas, but trying to cancel membership has been ridiculous! it’s been months and no one can get it right. I moved out of the state where there is not a EOS in my area. I had two memberships, I called way in advance to cancel BOTH and come to find out they only canceled one. I’ve called back multiple times to that billing line (ABC something) and I keep being told they’ll cancel but it’s never done! I’m still being charged! I finally called the physical gym itself the person I spoke with said that the manager would take care of it …still nothing! How hard is it to cancel a membership? Ridiculous.

        Equipment broken 3 steppers on back row. Machine bench press handle hasnt been replaced in months. Trash overflowing and couple of towel dispensers broken.
