Trying to invite my friend 2nd time it happened different location. That why my plan is bring a friend to encourage me to have a buddy to go to gym. But they bombard him with questions and trying to sign a waiver and employees got attitude.

ASK for the direct emails and names of management to relay your concerns about the gym facility to the TOP management, specifically, right away. The staff at the RAINBOW las vegas location have been lying to customers for far too long, and this location NEEDS new management. There is a male who has ushered out members a WHOLE HALF hour before the gym closes without ANY notice or respect given to the Members, when we all have a life to keep up with..... and there are staff Members who are keeping secrets just to bother some poor innocent people inside of the facility. Speak up. Ask for Management! ASK other gym locations for management, and tell them what's going on clearly, and ask for district managers email. You're the one funding THEIR business. DON'T BE SILENT. Leave reviews, ask for Solutions. BEING SILENT, is ridiculous, when others are being harrassed or harmed in the gym. I have been assaulted in the gym by males and I would NEVER allow another lady to EVER go through what I went through! Speak UP for yourself AND FOR OTHERS!!! It matters! You're paying THEM!
