Saw the cool advertising on Instagram, come for 1.99$ hotdog. But long line and slow line, inefficiency... maybe put 2 or 3 workers on Hot dog line instead of one person? wait 25mins, didn't get hotdog and just left lol

The huge store full of products and like everything, some things are cheap, others are more expensive, but I like that this place has literally EVERYTHING.

We went today and werent all that impressed. Don't buy the tamales there the masa was spoiled, mushy, greasy and fell apart. Another down side the store has small crowded aisles. They have a variety of stuff but lines are ridiculous.

Let's start with the pros. The bakery offers delicious breads, pastries, and cakes. The produce appears fresh and of high quality. However, the aguas frescas are hit-or-miss. During our visit, they frequently ran out of boba, and the aguas frescas lacked ice. Customer service is lukewarm at best. That summarizes the positives. Now, onto the lengthy list of cons. Firstly, there is a lack of carts. Not a single employee is retrieving carts for customers. I observed multiple individuals who seemed to be supervisors or managers just standing around while lines snaked through aisles and extended to the back. While cashiers' knowledge of common item numbers is not impressive, the issue lies in the lack of a simple solution, such as a cheat sheet with popular items listed prominently. For example, the absence of the bolio item number, one of the most common items, is surprising. The store is already quite messy, particularly the meat department, which has a displeasing odor. I noticed several health code violations and would advise against purchasing meats for now. However, I understand that the store is new and may be experiencing overwhelming business. They should have anticipated the crowd given their strong social media presence and the influencers they enlisted for advertising. It feels like they overshot their expectations and underdelivered. I'll revisit in a few months, hoping for a more normal and improved experience once the initial frenzy subsides
