It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this store. Back in November 2022 my daughter wanted to surprise me with a birthday arrangement by having it delivered to the hotel I was staying at since we weren't going to be able to spend my birthday together. Needless to say, the arrangement was never delivered and the status of the order kept showing as pending and we have been asking for our money back since. The hotel even confirmed they never received the arrangement at the front desk.

I do love this place and the chocolate strawberries are absolutely delicious. My favorite kind of chocolate strawberry is the Twix dipped in white chocolate. I also like the white chocolate strawberry with confetti because they put the white chocolate on so thick. The one negative thing I will say about them is I wish they had more dipped deserts available for when you walk in. It's only really reliable when you place your order ahead of time.
