Dom Construction

I just had DOM Construction complete a kitchen and shower remodel. I was very unsure as what to expect since DOM wasn't a direct referral and I wasn't sure how it would pan out. I did my due diligence and researched the company. I felt good about moving forward and I'm so glad I did. Not only was the total price very fair, but the experience (all things considered in a remodel) was very good. The project manager, James  was what really made it great. He's super on top of everything, extremely responsive (even on his day off), showed up at my house every single day and any hiccup we had he corrected immediately and without hesitation. The project stayed right on time and right on budget. I would definitely recommend if you hire DOM Construction  to ask for James as your project manager. Service: Remodeling

Let me start with WOW! What an amazing staff and great workmanship. I called DOM construction to do a 500 SF addition on my house with a full bathroom and kitchen aid essentially attached Casita for my mother-in-law. My first meeting with Alex and right away it felt right, he was responsive, kind and explained the process of doing the build and everything that involved around it. He gave me a roughly amount between $170-$200 per square foot, but hard to know precise without blue prints. . He offered me the service of architectural drawings with all the engineering for $3500 to make it ready for city permits and determined what exactly involved and need it for precise bid (other contractor quoted us around $250 a square foot all in) We agreed on the price for the fence and move forward, throughout the whole process Alex was communicating often and helped us with designing aspects as well, once the blue prints were ready Alex gave us a bid and came up to $180 per sf, after my husband negotiated a bit we agreed on $170 a square foot, never hurts to try and negotiate the price :). The project came up better than we expected, the job site was clean daily, they took care of the permits and inspections as needed to eased the headache for us. Alex updated us daily of what was going on and the progress of the project. Definitely will do more work with them and recommend only them to everybody!! I hired DOM construction to remodel my house ,full kitchen remodel two bathrooms, flooring throughout the house , baseboards and interior paint , let me tell you I couldn't be happier with the result! Alex was amazing from the first appointment and through the whole process of the remodel , you know how sometimes you can feel if someone cares about you or not ?! Well Alex made me feel like Im family and he doing everything he can and beyond for me ! An expectedly difficult process was made easy. The workers where professional polite and respectful , they listened to my needs and incorporating them into the design. The choices for cabinets, counters, backsplash and tile floor were wonderful and Alex helped me with the process of selections and he insured Im making the right decision . Im not gonna lie they where higher on the price then the other two quotes I had but Alex was the most professional and comfortable to deal with , and I definitely made the right decision! The quality of workmanship is amazing !!! The customer service is phenomenal !!! The kitchen looks great, the bathrooms looks amazing , the tile floors looks amazing ! I can go on and on but bottom line is you definitely should hire DOM Construction and I recommend you ask for Alex ! If I could give a higher them five starts I would !!!
