My bill is going up and up and up every time I called they gave me the same answer the weather will you raise the price customer service play not even professional we need some courtesy and also my bill needs to be 48 dollar and it goes to 158 and it goes to 250 I called and asked what's going on they told me the same reason they don't have even a clue

Gas is a joke. $350 bill in Feb. Up almost $150 from last year. Govt says theres a gas shortage to drive up the price of gas. Yet we all have the gas we need so there really isnt a shortage. The Gas company is a monopoly and youre at their mercy. They can make your gas bill $1,000 next month and theres nothing you can do about it. Scammers.

This company has the worst customer service ever. Do not get me started on their ridiculous charges. So glad local news is addressing this issue. What you are doing to families in Nevada is shameful.

This is unacceptable, my bill is usually $34, $50, $43, in December last year it was $78 the highest of the year, with the use is less since there are only 2 people at home and not 4 like The previous year this bill arrived from November-December $199, January February $564 today I called to ask for an explanation and the person who answered me told me that I would have a gas leak that at that time they would send me a technician to check, in 5 minutes I had a technician walking all over the house garage patio without tools just looking everywhere super annoying saying that this was not an emergency and that there was no leak and that my bill should be for $200 dollars He said you think that turning on the washing machine or taking a bath is free We have to unite and not allow this, which is theft. Call the local news we will do a report on how they are abusing the need for gas services to Nevada residents
