Attended the Tent Sale on Saturday. Though it was raining they handled the protection of the furniture well, and I felt like it was in our favor as we found a beautiful reclining sectional. The price was still steep for being a used sectional, but based on the appearance I felt like we won the lottery. Being outside and still raining we could not test the reclining function. So we proceed to purchase. At this point not one individual stated nor sign or even receipt stated ANYTHING about final sale. So we return to the store to pick up and an older gentlemen who assisted with our sale but not the actual sales rep assisted my husband to load into the truck. This is now causing all the reclining cables to be exposed. They were horrible frayed on all 3 of the recliners. The 2pin cables and batteries were in ziplock taped to the bottom but as well horrible frayed as well. The gentleman told my husband it was tested and confirmed working should have been as they charged us $1,400.00! But he proceed to say if it does not work just let them know and they can provide new battery packs and cables. My husband had a bad feeling and rightfully so. We got it home and 1 of the 3 work both top and bottom recline. The one that is working only because my Husband was resourceful and repaired the cable! We attempted to fix anything else but all fried and not working. Now I searched the internet on what cables I could replace but there is 1 that is 5 pin dmx to 3 split 2 pin I cannot locate at all. This is all within an of bring it home by the way. We called the sales rep and asked to bring but which he then states its final sale. But said he will reach out to Service Department and they will contact us on Monday 4/1 to schedule a tech to review. We said this should not charge us at all as these should be working for the cost that we paid for it! He said absolutely not and we ended the call there, well jokes on us. No one called us to schedule and now we are left with sectional that is not functioning how it was intended. Shame on you Blvd Home! We understand these are used and that is fine but if the recliners were not functioning it should have been reflected in the price and communicated to us. Both you have failed. Never will return. Better chance getting a sofa on Facebook Market place. At least those guys communicate if an issue is with the sectional.

Event the stuff in the tent sale seemed over priced. Walked the store anyway and like several things there but it was still all over priced
