        The problem with RC WILEY is when your delivery is out and they don't have a gate code they will not call you to get that code. They are not in communication with office and figuring out how to solve problems. The delivery part needs finesse, first order showed up damaged, second order never arrived, when I called to talk to delivery, I was hung up on by a girl who had no clue what was going on. I feel like they are not as classy as the inside of the retail outlet lends one to believe. Rookie moves guys, clean it up. Been home all day waiting the phone, lol.

        Craig over in appliances helped us out with buying a washer dryer set. I really liked how he was straight to the point, answered my questions promptly and didnt try to be too salesy. He even helped get us setup with financing which was great to get because we will most likely use it for the rest of the year! Same with the delivery service.

        RC Willey is a great place to shop for every house need . I appreciate the kind low key sales associates no one there is pushy just very kind and helpful !! I appreciate the warm Hello greeting when you walk through the doors . A small complaint .. the people who work back in customer service who happily take your money could be a little more grateful and a tad more customer service oriented . How about Hi how are you today ? Thank you for shopping with us . Were all your shopping needs mete today ? Anything else we can help you with today ? Other than that love RC Willey !! We will be back !!
