Originally I ordered a mirror in Dec but it was never shipped. After a bit of effort, was able to rectify an issue to get the Feathers Ottoman instead. Once resolved, to my surprise, the ottoman was delivered quickly and even arrived a day early. Love the ottoman. Matches my feathers sofa. One star off due to issues with the original order. Cameron and Scott were EXCELLENT. Great communication, on time, and helped me with getting it to my apartment.

This company participates in mal- business practices! Use discretion when ordering your furniture as it can take up to six months or longer. Company cannot ever give you a timeframe and God for bid your furniture is broken like mine They take you around the ringer. I filed bbb reports on them. Do some research and youll see a lot of people have actually filed. Better Business Bureau reports on this company for very similar reasons. Stay tuned

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Ordered a sectional sofa in May 2022. Two of the four pieces arrived. Over 12 months later and many emails back and forth with very generic responses "we hope to have an update for you within the month". Never any updates or follow up. When I asked to cancel the order, they claim they "no longer work with the payment provider" and cannot process a refund. A total scam. Save yourself time and frustration and avoid Valyou. On top of it all, the pieces of the sofa that we did receive are not comfortable and not worth the price. Order#VFM51576

This is a scam! I have been waiting almost a year for my order. They have a million complaints in the BBB for not delivering orders and not refunding. I placed my order almost a year ago and I been told it's still out of stock. Clearly, something is not right because your website along with many people say different.
