        Good work by CONNOR SARRANO (Quick oil change service) and KELLY BONSIGNORI (parts) to help with an issue. First time dealing with GAUDIN after sales, and these two guys were extremely patient with a complaining customer. Some resolution. But lifetime FORD owner is calling 800 number to complain further to FORD. Conner, Kelly ... good employees.
