Absolute disgrace. Contacted about flowers from the UK had to call 3 times before receiving a response. Sent a detailed description with pictures of what we would like. Went to florist arriving in Vegas to drop accessories off. Confirmed date again. Received phone call the day before wedding to say they were sending out flowers. This was a day early. They agreed on phone they had the wrong date. They kept flowers delivered them next day and were clearly not fresh as some guests fell apart before wedding. The main boutineers for the wedding party were an absolute disgrace. We emailed after receiving them to express our disappointment. We received a 40 dollar refund which is completely unacceptable. We have been in contact and have been ignored. These pictures are clearly not of the same florist. Please don’t use this company it is far too an important day to be let down. I mean who gets the date wrong especially when emailed and confirmed by phone and in person. I expect to receive an acceptable response and refund.
