Very very disappointed!! Ordered 36 mixed roses for valentines. When I picked up, it looked like a very small bunch of red roses.. I thought its the wrong order but they said that this is what they have for me and i asked if they can change it , they said this is all we have left?? I ordered a day in advance for something specific!!! it dint even look like anything they show on the website.. it was wrapped in a very cheap plastic and the quality of the roses were not even worth half the price i paid.. this looks so cheap that i don't even want to give it to my gf.. I usually don't write reviews but honestly i could have got much more and better flowers from Albertsons across the street for half the price.. i paid almost $240 to be disappointed... i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Exceptional customer service and amazing response-time. Talked to them this morning to get flowers sent to my mother-in-law at Summerlin Hospital and they were there just a few hours later - amazing! Would 100% recommend.

Extremely pleased. I had an idea of what flowers my wife would like but had no idea what I wanted in the arrangement. Staff worked within a very tight schedule to create an arrangement and I was able to surprise my wife with Freesias. Highly recommended, the bouquet is beautiful!
