        I am very happy with Carpets Galore. We wanted to get the new carpet installed quickly and without hassle. They delivered! They came out the same day and measured, Install was 2 days later. The install crew was fast, professional and did great work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. They did what they said, carpet quality is excellent and they got the job done.

        We had vinyl flooring installed and they look great however they had to level the floor and the cement residue got all over my artificial grass and tiles in my front yard. Ive left a message for the sales rep and their customer satisfaction line and no response. They make sure you pay upfront but no recourse when they make a mess.

      Wow. This is upsetting to hear. I am the owner and I’m not aware that we have a customer satisfaction line. Carpets galore is open from 9 to 6 PM. Please call the store and ask for Gregg Fishman. As he will totally make sure that you are taken care of I am so so sorry for this inconvenience.Also, if you can, please tell us who your sales rep was. Thank you.
