        "Sucks to be homeless" you can't even come in to use the bathroom without having to order food there quick to judge you if you have to go to the bathroom before you order food ...very rude experience with them ladies working 5pm shift

        I visited after hours for the dining room. Only the drive-thru was open, but i didn't have a car...the employee seen me come to the door and he motioned for me to walk to the window. Most places would never allow this...and it was getting a bit frustrating being Rally's was the 3rd place we tried and it was looking like since we didn't have a car we were going to be SOL! Really appreciate Rally's for making our end result much better than expected and the food was great and order was perfect with zero mistakes which that hasn't happened in probably the last 20 times to a fast food restaurant! definitely 5 stars from me on this visit! Special thanks to the employee that is Ds207 under host on the receipt. (didnt catch his name)

      Rally's

      As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
