        I retained McFarling Law and attorney Lesley Cohen for a recent child custody case. The matter was complex and required strong representation. I met with her and one other firm for a consultation, and I immediately decided to retain her services. She was very knowledgeable, direct and did a great job explaining each stage of my case. The support staff is extremely helpful, and all communication and documentation are streamlined via an online case portal limiting the need for phone calls and meetings. I will retain them again if I ever need a family lawyer in the future and recommend the McFarling team and Lesley Cohen to anyone in need of representation for their parental rights.

        I was just informed that I have made my final payment to McFarling Law Group. I just want to take a moment to recognize the integrity that they exercised during their representation of me. I interacted with multiple attorneys there. None of them ever suggested that they could do something that couldn't be done. This is critical as most clients wouldn't realize that they were being mislead in that way until their case is over and it is too late.

        Please read carefully before you hire attorney : The snake (emily macfarling) performs a dangerous actions since she deals and represents an international child kidnapping gangs beside defrauding the law and misleads the justice.( in the right time she will go through a hard investigation by the dept of state ) were she will face a very hard time It is Better to never hire this attorney . Find a cleaner attorney who is not involved in such cases

      This man is upset at our office because we prevailed in a case against him. This person is not and has never been a client of our office. He is the opposing party in a case where we represented a mother who moved to Nevada with her child from another country. We were successful in our representation and the mother and child were allowed to remain in Nevada as a result of our representation. We are very proud of the work we do helping parents who have had their children abducted or have been accused of abducting a child from another country to Nevada. We are mindful of the duty to be honest with the court and believe that the result in this case was the right result.
